Clearance of 5th Wheel

Question: I recently bought a Dodge 1 ton dually. I have a B&W hitch. Just hooked up in drive way. I don't know but it looks like I am not going to have enough clearence to make a very sharp turm without hitting the side of bed with tongue. Any help?
