Internet for an RV

Question: We are preparing to purchase an RV. I will be retired but my wife would still like to keep her business going. In order to do this she will need reasonably fast internet capability. We know that many private campgrounds have wi-fi, but what about those that do not, or campgrounds in State and National Park Systems?
Is it possible to get internet through the portable satellite systems that are available for television reception? Or is there another solution that RVers have found is pretty dependable.
Answer: We suggest you take a look at our page on
RV internet access. We have been pretty satisfied with our Verizon air card and WiFi when available.
We are not aware of a way to get good RV internet access via the Satellite TV companies, but perhaps it is only a matter of time before technologies converge to that point.
