We are featured at aarp.org!
This is just a quick update to let you know that we are featured in an online AARP article. The article discusses great part time jobs for retirees, such as blogging and websites.
It was pretty cool for us to be contacted by AARP, and we thought you might want to check it out.

Time for Check-Ups
Aside from our newsworthy mention, we are into our regular routine for this time of year. Check-ups. Doctor check-ups for our bodies. Dental check-ups for our teeth. Annual service for the RV. Regular maintenance on the car. Tune-up of the motorcycle.
And since we are here in Florida to visit with Mom, we take care of getting her to doctors and dentist for her check-ups.
And now that most of the medical appointments are cared for, Jose is doing some RV service on his own. Time to redo seals around the RV windows and beltline. He has also resealed the shower skylight on the roof, and will be doing some more work on the slides. All necessary RV maintenance as part of the RV lifestyle.
So while we may be taking a break from workamping, it is not a break from working.
Okay, it’s not all work. After all we are enjoying a lovely RV Park with swimming pool, line dancing, exercise classes, entertainment and other activities. And we are soaking up the Florida sunshine. We’ll take it!
One of the best parts about having our website is hearing from other RVers. Check out some of the Frequently Asked Questions:
What to Buy? Question: I am a first time RVer and am not sure what to look for when purchasing one for the first time. Also, is there an advantage to buying new, or am I ok looking at used RVs?
Boondocking Question: I just ran across the term boondocking what does it mean?
Fulltimer Expenses Question: What is the average yearly revenue needed to be a fulltimer? We are curious about costs for things like fuel, RV Maintenance, RV Sites, Food…
Where to RV? Question: I want to start doing some traveling around the country but dont know where to begin….
If you are pondering the RV lifestyle, enjoy the planning and research phase. It is all part of the fun.
