FHU (30/50 amp, water, sewer; Wi-Fi; phone) concrete creek side campsite with private patio, furniture; fire pit.
Trade (20 hrs/wk per couple) for site plus paid rental turnaround and opportunity for optional paid hourly work. Perfect for snowbird couple with flexible start/end dates anywhere between mid-April through mid-November.
